The Very Berry Shake is here to really shake up your morning (or your afternoon, if you need a pick-me-up)! This nourishing, nutrient-packed beverage is sweet but not sugary, with plenty of fresh berry flavor to add to the refreshing feeling you get with each sip. Thanks to Very Berry Shake, you'll have the energy you need to overcome whatever life might throw at you without a shred of guilt! This is very berry and very good!
Ingredients
- 1 (1-3-tablespoon) scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder
- 1 cup baby spinach, loosely packed
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 12 ounces water, plain milk, or plant-based milk
Directions
Step 1 -In a blender, add the protein powder, the baby spinach, the frozen mixed berries, and the ground flaxseed and purée until combined.
Step 2 -Add the water, a little at a time, and purée until you reach the desired consistency. You may not need all of the water.
Step 3 -Serve.
