Summer's Ending is the kiss goodbye to warm weather... or the best way to welcome warm weather back (ironically)! This fruity, bubbly, sweet fruit punch is perfect for parties and cookouts, with all sorts of tart and bright flavors to really get that sunny summer feeling in each sip! Add some creamy sherbet for extra refreshment and coolness and Summer's Ending is just the beginning of a great time!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fruit punch, chilled
  • 4 cups pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 (1-liter) bottle lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 1 (1-liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 quart rainbow sherbet
  • raspberries, optional, to taste, for garnish
  • strawberries, optional, to taste, sliced, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -In a large punch bowl, add the fruit punch, the pineapple juice, the lemon juice, and the lime juice and whisk to combine.

Step 2 -Add the lemon-lime soda and the ginger ale to the juice mixture and gently stir to combine.

Step 3 -Chill the juice mixture until ready to serve.

Step 4 -Just before serving, using an ice cream scoop, scoop rounded portions of the sherbet and gently add them to the top of the juice mixture.

Step 5 -Serve immediately garnished with the raspberries and the strawberries.
