Ingredients

  • 1/2 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip®
  • 1 (3.3-ounce) box instant chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (13.29-ounce) package vanilla sandwich cookies, crushed
  • drink umbrellas, optional, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the butter, and the powdered sugar and mix with an electric hand mixer until it is combined.

Step 2 -Fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until it is well-blended.

Step 3 -In a second medium bowl, add the pudding mix and the milk and whisk until it is combined.

Step 4 -Add the pudding-milk mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.

Step 5 -Add 2-3 tablespoons of the crushed cookies to the bottom of each of the serving cups and top with 2-3 tablespoons of the pudding mixture.

Step 6 -Repeat the layers once then sprinkle the tops evenly with 1 more layer of the crushed cookies.

Step 7 -Serve the pudding cups decorated with the drink umbrellas.
