Ingredients

  • For the dip:
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (7-ounce) container marshmallow fluff
  • 1/3 cup hot cocoa mix (about 4 ounces), plus more, to taste
  • Optional toppings:
  • mini marshmallows, to taste
  • chocolate chips, to taste
  • candy canes, to taste
  • Optional, for serving:
  • graham crackers, to taste
  • strawberries, to taste
  • vanilla wafer cookies, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -In a large bowl, add the whipped topping, the marshmallow fluff, and 1/3 cup of the hot cocoa mix and beat by hand with a whisk or with an electric mixer until the dip is light brown and the mixture is thoroughly combined.

Step 2 -Add the extra hot cocoa mix, as needed, if the color of the dip looks too light, then whisk or beat to combine. You may not need the extra hot cocoa mix.

Step 3 -Using a spatula, place the dip into a serving bowl.

Step 4 -Top the dip with the mini marshmallows, the chocolate chips, and the candy canes.

Step 5 -Chill until ready to serve.

Step 6 -Serve with the graham crackers, the strawberries, and the vanilla wafer cookies.
