Ingredients

1 (15.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3-ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 cup plus 1/3 cup orange juice, divided
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup butter

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease a 10-inch Bundt™ pan.

Step 3 -In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and the pudding mix and stir to combine.

Step 4 -Make a well in the center of the cake mix mixture and pour 3/4 cup of the orange juice, the oil, the eggs, and the lemon extract into the well and beat on low speed until blended.

Step 5 -Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat the batter for 4 minutes on medium speed.

Step 6 -Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake, about 50 minutes-1 hour.

Step 7 -Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn the cake out onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely.

Step 8 -In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the remaining orange juice, the sugar, and the butter and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 9 -Drizzle the glaze over the cake.

Step 10 -Slice and serve.
