No joke, Easiest Breakfast Ever is a breeze. Take crunchy toast, spread on some creamy peanut butter, sprinkle on some refreshingly juicy berries, drizzle on some honey... and done! Yum! So nourishing and yet so satisfying to eat, especially when you are in a rush! Easiest Breakfast Ever will have you feeling breezy whenever you need a break in the morning!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
- 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
- 1 teaspoon pure honey
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 2 large strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons almonds, sliced
Directions
Step 1 -Spread the peanut butter evenly over 1 side of each slice of the toast.
Step 2 -Drizzle the peanut butter layers with the honey.
Step 3 -Evenly add the banana slices and the strawberry slices, alternating the two, on top of each of the peanut butter-honey layers.
Step 4 -Sprinkle each of the fruit layers evenly with the almonds.
Step 5 -Serve.
