  • For the honey-balsamic vinaigrette:
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • For the salad:
  • 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

Directions
