Ingredients

  • For the taco bags:
  • 8 (1-ounce) bags nacho-cheese-flavored tortilla chips, such as Doritos®
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup Colby-Jack cheese, grated
  • Optional toppings:
  • cilantro leaves, to taste
  • tomatoes, to taste, diced
  • black olives, to taste, diced
  • lime wedges, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -Slightly crush the chip bags, then cut open the tops. Fold the sides of the bags down for easier eating.

Step 2 -Evenly divide the seasoned beef, the black beans, and the Colby-Jack cheese among the chip bags.

Step 3 -Serve the taco bags topped with the cilantro, the tomatoes, the olives, and the lime wedges.
