Simply mix the dressing, pour it over the savory, garden-fresh spinach... and eat! Yes! It's never been faster or easier (or more delicious) to get your greens!
Ingredients
- 5 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- sea salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -In a large bowl, add the spinach.
Step 2 -In a small bowl or jar with a lid, add the garlic, the balsamic vinegar, the olive oil, the salt, and the pepper and whisk or shake to combine.
Step 3 -Top the spinach with the dressing.
Step 4 -Serve.
