Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess liquid
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded, divided
  • 1 baguette, sliced, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the mayonnaise, the sour cream, the garlic powder, the paprika, the salt, and the pepper, and stir to combine.

Step 3 -Add the spinach, the bacon, the parmesan, and 3/4 cup of the mozzarella to the cream cheese mixture and fold to combine.

Step 4 -Transfer the cream cheese mixture to an 8-inch ovenproof skillet.

Step 5 -Sprinkle the dip with the remaining mozzarella.

Step 6 -Bake until the dip is golden on top and bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.

Step 7 -Serve with the bread slices.
